TRAINING
At PPA we want to support and encourage acrobats to put in the solo work in preparation for attending in person programs, as well as, in between programs.
We believe engaging in cross-training throughout the entire year to mitigate injury, build your functional strength, and empower your acro practice. Both bases and flyers benefit from strength training. If you see a program you’d like to attend and are struggling with the pre-requisites, we encourage you to seek strength programming with our personal trainings.
